Siesta Key Activities

The resort sits on Crescent Beach, known for its soft, white quartz sand. Nearby, Siesta Key Village offers boutiques, restaurants, and galleries. Annual events include Siesta Fiesta in April, a sand sculpting contest in May, and Fourth of July fireworks over the Gulf.

Sea Club V operates as a timeshare resort with deeded ownership. Units range from studios ($1,000-$6,000) to 2-bedroom penthouses ($10,000-$30,000). Owners can exchange weeks through RCI or Interval International for stays at other resorts worldwide.

Recovery from Hurricane

The resort is rebuilding after Hurricane Helene caused flooding in October 2024. Repairs focus on upper-floor units first, with new furniture, appliances, and drywall. The pool, spa, and beach remain operational, though some amenities are pending restoration.
